Alan has 28 years experience guiding his clients in funding their personal and business needs. He is considered by many industry professionals, as a visionary and problem solver. Through this interview, he establishes better insight into the situation and assess’ their needs. He then takes the loan application with the financial resources and breaks them down into segments focusing on adjusting the strengths to overcome the disadvantages. By focusing on each segment, he can examine the strengths and weaknesses to better understand the present situation. Once this step is completed, he can scrutinize all available options, customize a loan package, and guide the client to the right viable decisions.

Ken Dixon
Vice President
Ken has 25 years experience in sales management and finance operations. His understanding of the processes which lead to the success of any business is his strength. Training and leadership is instrumental to the understanding of what makes any program successful. He considers leading by example as critical in the success of any business.
Ken has the foresight to notice trends in the market place and can respond favorably. His customized training and marketing programs produces concrete results through curriculum designed to focus on people’s strengths while building on their lesser areas of expertise. Jason Brown
President
Jason started with The Realty Matrix and was a real estate agent for 13 years before becoming President of The Management Matrix. He has served the last seven years in this role. He prides himself in serving both the owner and the tenant with professionalism and dedication.
He has the ability to listen to the needs of his clientele, solving problems as they arise and with efficiency, and is always available. His leadership skills exceed most professionals in this field. His ability to direct his staff in providing quality service, quick response, and producing results is second to no one.
